Preserving Our Heritage

At Noor, we honour heritage by celebrating the traditions, stories, and artistry passed through generations. Each design reflects the richness of the past while embracing modern elegance, blending timeless craftsmanship with intentional creation. From intricate details inspired by ancestral roots to sustainable practices that respect the land, we preserve heritage as a living connection to where we come from and where we’re going—celebrating the resilience and beauty that shape our shared stories.

Our Craftsmanship

Craftsmanship transcends the art of garment creation; it’s a journey woven with perspective, purpose, and passion. Each piece, curated by artists from diverse backgrounds, embodies the resilience and dedication of their pursuit. By empowering migrant and refugee creatives, we not only honor a social commitment but also elevate the essence of craftsmanship itself.

Fabrics & Materials

Our collection is made from two intentional, low-impact materials: silk chiffon (with silk-like linings) and TENCEL™. Silk offers natural breathability and longevity, while TENCEL™ is produced through a circular, closed-loop process and sourced through trusted Melbourne suppliers.

We choose materials that feel beautiful, wear beautifully, and align with our responsibility to people and planet.

Packaging

Our packaging is designed to protect your garment with minimal environmental impact. We use compostable mailers, recyclable paper tissue and tags, and avoid unnecessary extras. Every detail reflects our low-waste, low-impact approach.or your section.

Manufacturing

All pieces are made in small, ethical workshops where craftsmanship and respect come first. Producing locally allows us to ensure fair wages, safe conditions, thoughtful pacing, and small-batch runs that prevent overproduction.

Ethics start with the people who make the clothes — and we stay close to every step.

Future

We are committed to growing sustainably. We’re working towards more regenerative materials, take-back and repair programs, improved supply-chain traceability, and further waste reduction as the brand evolves. Sustainability is a journey we build on, piece by piece.

Three Designs, Three Sizes — Made with Purpose

As a new ethical brand, we launched with three designs and three sizes to grow responsibly and thoughtfully. Our garments are intentionally adjustable, allowing each piece to fit a wider range of bodies without compromising comfort or style. Starting small helps us focus on quality, avoid overproduction, and uphold the slow-fashion values we stand for. As we evolve, both our designs and size range will expand deliberately — always guided by intention, ethics, and respect for the people who make our clothes.

Noor is committed to create ethical garments that are not complicit in any form of injustice or genocide.
