Returns

We offer refunds only for items that are faulty or damaged. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process once the returned item is received.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges on items within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

  • Sale items can only be exchanged if they are faulty.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return or exchange.
