Currently, we ship only within Australia, but we will offer international shipping in the future.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Noor is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
